A Season of Change and Growth at Aurora Lavender Farm

The 2024–2025 Aurora Lavender Farm winter brought a fierce mix of cold, blustery weather that was especially tough on our lavender field. Despite our best efforts—like frost coverings and protective care—Mother Nature had her own plans, and some of our lavender felt the impact of the arctic chill.
But with change comes opportunity.
While we’re hard at work trimming back winter damage, replanting, and refreshing parts of the field, we’ll still be open and excited to welcome you! U-Pick will continue, our classes are in full swing, and there’s still plenty of beautiful, fragrant lavender to enjoy throughout the season.
We're also using this time to bring new energy to both the field and our farm store, with updates in the works that we can’t wait to share. Even better? Our maple syrup harvest was bountiful this year, and our bees are thriving! Alongside our own fresh honey and syrup, we’re thrilled to introduce new culinary lavender products from our friends at Norwood Lavender Farm in Oregon.
Come visit us, starting June 28th, explore what’s blooming (and buzzing), and be part of this exciting new chapter on the farm.
Best, Pat and Liz Prusinowski

We've been wondering about your lavender, sorry 6to hear that you had winter damage in spite of all your hard work! We are down to one plant and are elated that it's doing well( it's up close to the house and porch, protected).
Can't wait to see what the season brings!😎
